Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy Rooted in EMDR, Nature, and the Nervous System

Healing from trauma, anxiety, addiction, and stress requires more than talk therapy alone. Our clinical services combine evidence-based approaches with nature-supported methods to treat the whole nervous system — body, mind, and spirit. We focus on deep emotional repair, attachment healing, and trauma resolution using EMDR-centered care that is personalized, attuned, and grounded in safety.

All clinical services are provided by licensed mental health professionals and are available in: Iowa, Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
We are in-network with most BCBS PPO plans and offer both traditional weekly sessions and powerful EMDR-intensive formats.

Approaches We Use

Our therapeutic framework blends scientifically validated modalities with experiential healing methods. Depending on your needs, your therapy may include:

  • Attachment-Focused EMDR Therapy

  • Nature-Based Therapy (outdoor, somatic, movement-oriented work)

  • Somatic & Nervous System Approaches

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

  • Psychedelic Therapy Preparation & Integration

  • EMDR Intensives (half-day and full-day healing programs)

Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are and to help you move toward resilience, clarity, and deeper connection to yourself.
