The TF-EMDR Therapist Directory includes mental health professionals who provide nature-based EMDR therapy and have completed a minimum of a full training in Therapeutic Fly-Fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)®.
All clinicians listed have completed EMDRIA-approved Basic Training or higher in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and have received additional specialized training in integrating EMDR with outdoor, fly-fishing-based therapeutic interventions.

TF-EMDR Therapist
A provider who is a "TF-EMDR Therapist" has completed the fundamental training requirements, required consultation hours, and peer reviewed case study showing proficiency and excellence through practice of Therapeutic Fly-fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)®. The holder is authorized to use the service-marked terms, Therapeutic Fly-fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)® and The Seiyu-zuri Method® of TF-EMDR, in advertising and business promotion while they work independently and without consultation.
Apprentice in TF-EMDR
A provider who is an "Apprentice in TF-EMDR" has completed the fundamental training in TF-EMDR with an approved TF-EMDR Instructor or Senior TF-EMDR Instructor of Seiyu Institute for Health & Training, L3C, and agrees to attend professional consultation and complete a peer-reviewed case study in TF-EMDR within ten months of completing the approved experiential course. The holder of this designation is authorized to use the terms "Therapeutic Fly-fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR)®" and "The Seiyu-zuri Method®" in advertising and business promotion while they work under consultation with a TF-EMDR Instructor as they conduct nature-based trauma-focused psychotherapy.
